Columbia Township voters are asked to renew a previously voted increase of 1.5 mills ($1.50 per $1,000 of taxable value). The wording says that increase was reduced to 1.4927 mills by required rollbacks and is subject to further rollbacks for 2026. The renewal would be up to 1.4927 mills for seven years, 2026 through 2033 inclusive, for new road construction. The question estimates the first year would raise $216,000.00. A YES vote renews the millage; a NO vote means it is not renewed.
