A VoterDecoder summary of the official measure text.

Hazelton Township asks voters to levy up to 1.50 mills ($1.50 on each $1,000 of taxable value) annually. Of that amount, 1.50 mills is a renewal of the previously authorized millage that will expire in 2027. The millage would run for five years, 2028 through 2032 inclusive, to gravel, upgrade and rebuild roads in the township. A yes vote approves the millage; a no vote means it is not renewed.
