In plain language

A VoterDecoder summary of the official measure text.

Montmorency County voters are asked to increase the County's voted millage by up to 0.9296 mills ($0.9296 per $1,000 of taxable value). The question says the allocated rate of 5.7500 mills has been reduced to 4.8204 mills by required millage rollbacks. The increase would restore the rate to the 1976 original allocated rate, levied for eight years, 2026 through 2034 inclusive, for general County operating purposes. The wording estimates it would raise an additional $643,427 in the first calendar year, based on state taxable valuation. A YES vote approves it; a NO vote does not.
