A VoterDecoder summary of the official measure text.
Summit County Referred Measure 1A would continue a property tax mill levy that voters approved in 2018. The levy is four and six hundred fifty-two thousandths mills. The measure says it would not raise any additional taxes. The money would fund wildfire prevention, mental health and substance abuse services, suicide prevention, affordable early childhood care, public building improvements, and recycling and waste diversion programs. The revenue would be collected without the limits in Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution. A YES vote continues the levy. A NO vote means the 2018 levy is not extended.
