Oxford Area Community Schools in Oakland and Lapeer Counties asks voters to replace, restore, and extend its operating millage. The question would increase the tax limit by 18 mills for 10 years, 2026 to 2035, inclusive. It says 17.26 of the 18 mills replaces authorized millage that would otherwise expire with the 2026 tax levy, and 0.74 mills restores millage lost to rollbacks required by the Michigan Constitution. It estimates $252,288 in revenue during 2026 for general operating purposes. A YES vote approves both parts together. A NO vote rejects the whole question, so neither part is approved.
