IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE VILLAGE OF BOYNE FALLS THAT: Section 1. The title of this ordinance shall be the "Village of Boyne Falls Prohibition of Marihuana Establishments Ordinance." Section 2. Marihuana Establishments Prohibited. Marihuana establishments, as defined by MCL 333.27953(1), are prohibited within the boundaries of the Village of Boyne Falls.
