In plain language

A VoterDecoder summary of the official measure text.

Albion voters are asked whether to amend the city charter to change the size of the board of review. The charter currently requires four taxpayers who have the qualifications for elective city office to serve on the board. A YES vote approves the change, which sets the board at three members with those same qualifications. A NO vote keeps the board at four members, as the charter now requires.
