In plain language

A VoterDecoder summary of the official measure text.

Albion voters are asked whether to change the city charter's rules for city manager. The charter now requires a bachelor's degree. It also requires at least a master's degree in public administration or equivalent. A YES vote removes the master's degree requirement. Instead, the manager would need a minimum of ten (10) years of public administration experience. A NO vote keeps the current degree requirements.
