Pueblo Ballot Question 2B would add a one-sixth of one percent (0.167%) city sales tax for five years, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. It would raise up to $3,769,615.00 in the first full fiscal year. The money would go into a special fund used only for operating and improving the Pueblo Zoo. A YES vote approves the tax, set out in Ordinance No. 11244. A NO vote means the tax is not added.
