In plain language

A VoterDecoder summary of the official measure text.

Green Mountain Falls Ballot Issue 3A would add a 0.5% sales tax from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2030. The tax would raise $58,684.00 in the first full fiscal year, with additional amounts each year after. The money would pay to build, operate, and maintain the town-owned Old Town Marshal's Building at 10545 Ute Pass Avenue. If the tax raises more than those costs, the extra could fund capital improvement projects. A YES vote approves the tax. A NO vote means the tax is not added.
