Castle Pines Ballot Question 301 would add a charter rule for recent annexations. Any parcel over 20 acres owned or controlled by one owner or group that is annexed within 180 days of the rule taking effect would go to city voters for ratification. If no such annexation happens in that period, City Council could repeal the rule by ordinance without a vote. A YES vote adds this rule. A NO vote leaves the charter unchanged.
