Cherry Hills Village Ballot Question 2C would add a section on land use to the city’s home rule charter. It would state that planning, zoning, density and development in the city are matters of local concern, regulated only through the charter and city ordinances. The city would not have to adopt state land use laws, standards or plans unless City Council or city voters enact them. A YES vote adds this section. A NO vote leaves the charter unchanged.
