Aurora Question 3D would move the city's regular municipal elections from odd-numbered years to even-numbered years. The change would amend Article 2-4 of the city charter. It would also amend Article 3-5 to allow one-time shortened terms of office, so the switch to even-year elections can happen. A YES vote moves city elections to even-numbered years. A NO vote keeps municipal elections in odd-numbered years.
