Measure CC: Measure CC – City of East Palo Alto: Term Limits Measure

City of East Palo Alto · San Mateo County · November 3, 2026

The question on your ballot

Shall the measure providing that no person shall be eligible to serve for more than three (3) consecutive full terms on the City Council be adopted, with service of partial terms exceeding two years qualifying as a full term?

In plain language

Measure CC would set term limits for members of the East Palo Alto City Council. No person could serve more than three consecutive full terms on the council. Serving more than two years of a partial term would count as a full term. A YES vote adopts these term limits. A NO vote means these term limits are not adopted.
