City of Grover Beach · San Luis Obispo County · November 3, 2026

The question on your ballot

Grover Beach Citizen Initiative Ballot Measure. Shall the City of Grover Beach implement a building height limit and establish a minimum thirty-three percent (33%) commercial component in mixed-use development?

In plain language

Measure F-26 is a citizen initiative in Grover Beach. It would set a limit on how tall buildings can be. It would also require mixed-use projects to be at least 33% commercial. Mixed-use projects combine more than one use, such as homes and businesses. A YES vote puts these rules in place. A NO vote means these rules are not adopted.
