Positions in brief

He has worked to raise city money, fund youth sports and parks, and manage a tight city budget.

Julian called the city's new budget hard to accept. It has a gap of 3.6 million dollars. The city cut jobs and cut department spending to close the gap. He has long said the city needs more sales tax money and a strong downtown. He also says youth sports and park upgrades matter for young people in Guadalupe.
