Steven R. Booker is an electrician and Air Force veteran who served a tour of duty during the Gulf War. He entered the Electrical Apprenticeship Program in 1998 and worked his way up through the trade; since 2014 he has served as a union Political Director and Community Affairs Liaison. He lives in Half Moon Bay and previously ran for the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors in 2022, a race in which he was noted as seeking to become the first Coastside resident to hold the seat.
