Positions in brief
Public sources emphasize his long record of Foster City civic service rather than a detailed 2026 issues platform.
Available biographical sources describe Kiesel's decades of service on Foster City boards, commissions, and the council, along with his regional roles on League of California Cities policy committees, but do not lay out specific positions on the core city-council issue areas for this race.
