Patrick Kenealy holds an economics degree from Harvard University and spent 30 years at International Data Group (IDG), the publisher of PC World, Macworld, and the 'For Dummies' book series, eventually serving as its CEO. He later co-founded Ridge Ventures, a San Francisco-based venture capital fund. He was appointed to a partial term on the St. Helena City Council in 2024.
