Positions in brief
Kishineff has said reducing the influence of money in politics motivated his campaign, and that the city needs more local jobs paired with housing to ease traffic congestion.
In local coverage, Kishineff said he wants to curb the influence of 'big money' in politics and pointed to traffic congestion as American Canyon's biggest local issue, tying it to a need for more jobs so residents can live near where they work.
