Viviana Toledo has been a San Pablo resident since 1989 and has more than 26 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and administrative services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting, has trained through the Municipal Management Association of Northern California, and has been a California Notary Public since 2002. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Beyond her treasurer duties she serves as Fiscal Agent for the city's Cinco de Mayo Parade, Treasurer of the San Pablo-Manzanillo Sister City Committee since 2014, and a participant in San Pablo Adopt-A-Family since 2008.
