Positions in brief
Noack points to passing a local sales-tax measure for infrastructure and the new library as key accomplishments, and now focuses on the city's pension liability, traffic and transit coordination, and the General Plan update.
She led passage of Measure K, a sales-tax measure funding road repaving, storm-drainage improvements, and the new Pleasant Hill library, and served on the library subcommittee for that Net Zero facility, which opened in 2022. She also championed a resolution setting a standard for treating people fairly regardless of race, religion, gender, or orientation, and supported local businesses through the Pleasant Hill Perks program during COVID-19.
