Positions in brief
Hill's platform centers on keeping the Southside neighborhood affordable through tenant protections and permanently affordable housing, protecting public land and civic infrastructure, and modernizing city services funded in part by UC and developers.
Hill's three core priorities are keeping the Southside affordable through more housing paired with tenant protections, preservation, and permanently affordable homes; protecting public land, arguing that parks, clean sidewalks, public restrooms, trees, and gathering spaces are basic civic infrastructure; and modernizing city services, saying UC, developers, and City Hall should help fund the services, safety, transit, and maintenance that growth requires.
