Positions in brief
Hundt's platform centers on implementing Piedmont's Climate Action Plan, particularly making home and building electrification affordable, alongside broader resident engagement in city decisions.
In his candidate statement, Hundt says he would 'especially like to help implement the Piedmont Climate Action Plan,' arguing residents should be able to electrify their homes and buildings at affordable prices — steps he says can lower power costs, cut carbon emissions, and raise home values. He also says it is important to gather resident feedback and share best practices as the city carries out its climate plan.
