Jeri Rangel is Atascadero's City Treasurer, appointed by the City Council in December 2024 to fill the unexpired term of Gere Sibbach, who retired. She has over 25 years in local government finance, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and serves as the City's Administrative Services Director. She is a Certified California Municipal Treasurer and is active in the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers and the Government Finance Officers Association.
