Beaumont councilmember since 2014 and the city's Mayor Pro Tem. Holds an economics degree from UCLA (1994) and an MBA from the University of Redlands (2004), and has worked for GIS software company ESRI since 1997. Has served on the Riverside County Transportation Commission since 2015 and was elected its chairman in 2024. City bio credits him with helping negotiate a $63 million Western Riverside Council of Governments settlement and with a property tax reform program.
