Brad McGirr is a partner and board member at his Orange County law firm, practicing law in the county since 1986. He earned a B.A. in Geography from Cal State Fullerton and graduated from Western State University College of Law in 1985. He serves as a Pro Tem judge for the Orange County Superior Court and as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator. He has lived in Rancho Santa Margarita since 1986, served as a Planning Commissioner and City Council member, and has spent over 15 years coaching and officiating youth sports.
