Anne Figueroa has owned her own design business for about 29 years and spent much of her corporate career in Southern California banking developing marketing and advertising programs. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from USC (1983). She served three years as a Rancho Santa Margarita Planning Commissioner (2015-2018), chairing it in 2017, was elected to the City Council in November 2018, and served as Mayor Pro Tempore in 2021 and Mayor in 2022. She has served on the Orange County Library Advisory Board (chair in 2024), sits on the RSM Chamber of Commerce board, and works as District Director for Assemblywoman Kate Sanchez.
