Edward Bayuk has lived in Laguna Beach for over 30 years and has held executive roles in the energy, communications and technology industries. He has been appointed to the California New Motor Vehicle Board, the California Housing Finance Agency Board of Directors and the Nevada-California High Speed Rail Board, and has served as a trustee and board member of the Laguna Art Museum.
