Mike Vigliotta served as Huntington Beach's Chief Assistant City Attorney. In February 2025 then-City Attorney Michael Gates, leaving for a U.S. Justice Department post, said he would recommend Vigliotta as his replacement. He is listed on the ballot as Huntington Beach City Attorney.
