Vinh T. Ngo is a Senior Vice President and Risk Executive at Bank of America, overseeing its commercial real estate portfolio; he joined the bank in 1996 after earning dual degrees in accounting and real estate finance from USC. He served on the Garvey School District board from 2017 to 2022, twice as president, and was elected to the Monterey Park City Council in 2022, serving as mayor. He is board president of the Garvey Education Foundation, immediate past chair of the Chinatown Service Center, and chair emeritus of Bank of America's Asian Leadership Network.
