Casandra Morse-Bills

Candidate for Justice, Michigan Supreme Court

Casandra Morse-Bills is presiding judge of Michigan's 23rd Judicial Circuit, which covers Alcona, Arenac, Iosco and Oscoda counties. She has been a judge since 2018 and has been elected twice. She says she is the only judge in her county: elected as probate judge, she presides over probate, district and circuit court matters. Before the bench she was an elected prosecuting attorney and at one point a defense attorney. She was nominated by the Michigan Republican Party.
