Paul BrownIncumbent

Candidate for Regent Of The University Of Michigan

Paul Brown was first elected a University of Michigan regent in 2018. Before that he worked for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and campaigned in 2018 as a union member. On the board he helped codify the Go Blue Guarantee tuition program, which was expanded from families earning under $65,000 to $125,000, and co-authored a 10-point transparency plan with Regent Jordan Acker. He says the university is a named plaintiff in a lawsuit over indirect cost reimbursement.
