Wissam Charafeddine is the Green Party nominee for State Board of Education. According to the Green Party of Michigan's May 2025 newsletter, Charafeddine is a co-founder of the Arab & Muslim American Caucus, which Dearborn Greens established as a state caucus, and a co-chair of Dearborn Greens. The campaign site uses the tagline "Engineering Michigan's Future."
