Florida Chief Financial Officer, appointed by Gov. DeSantis on July 16, 2025, to serve the rest of Jimmy Patronis's term. He served in the Florida House representing District 35 from 2014 to 2022 and in the Florida Senate representing District 11 from 2022 to 2025. He chaired the Republican Party of Florida from 2015 to 2019. He worked as a mortgage broker and later founded Hartland Homes, a homebuilding company.
