Horace Taylor

Horace Taylor is a cybersecurity specialist who works supporting the Department of War. He served 27 years in the U.S. Army, enlisting and rising to Staff Sergeant before being commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps, and he retired as a Major. He earned a B.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis and an M.S. in Information Technology from the University of Maryland. A lifelong West Tennessean, he was born and raised in the region. He founded Germantown Small Engine Repair LLC, co-founded the Memphis Gavel Club, and serves on the board of the Pediatric Learning Center.
