Jules Tuggle brings over 20 years of professional experience in public policy, education and community engagement. She taught American Government at the junior college level for 16 years, and previously taught grades 7 through 12 for seven years, focusing on civic responsibility. She now works as a licensed Realtor, helping residents and newcomers find homes in Grover Beach. She was appointed to the Grover Beach City Council's District 2 seat, following an open application process to fill a vacancy, and lives in Grover Beach with her husband, four children and two dogs.
