Jim Casha

Jim Casha is a U.S.-born American citizen who, as of 2024, had lived in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada, for six years after earlier living in Norwich; his last U.S. residence was Virginia. He has run for Congress before. His campaigns began as an effort to raise awareness of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), which he has promoted since 2006; his parents adopted two children from a Michigan hospital.
