Jenn Neylon
Candidate for City Council (At-Large), Cloverdale · Chief Business Officer
Jenn Neylon is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Business Officer for a Sonoma County school, where she oversees a rural 20-acre campus — including project management, facility maintenance, underground utilities and pump systems, solar, HVAC, and fire-suppression systems — and manages the school's roughly $4 million annual budget and independent audit. She has more than 28 years of experience across public, private, nonprofit, and educational organizations, including work in risk management, human resources, and administrative management. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Reinsurance Captive for Stable Schools (ReCSS), established by the Redwood Empire Schools Insurance Group. She has lived in Sonoma County for more than 40 years and is an incumbent member of the Cloverdale City Council.
Neylon says her focus on the council would be 'fiscal transparency and accountability, establishing community-driven development goals, while advocating for responsible growth that preserves the distinct character of Cloverdale.' She also says she wants to 'help uphold unity within the City Council and support City Staff.' She cites her executive experience overseeing a multimillion-dollar institutional budget and facilities as relevant background.
